
Since i come in to study at Taylor's University, I get a lot of skill and knowledge about food, accounting, English, business, restaurant service operations. I learned about how to create a resume to apply for jobs, cover letter, make the essay, how to face the interview, meeting. I also had experience to prepared 80pax dessert for 50 students who is intake on July 2015 as well prepared for the lecture too, and from that I learn how to prepare, serve and provide food to many guests at one time. I also learned about the various types of drinks in beverage studies at semesters 1.
I really like this semester because get pastry subject, which this is the thing I like the most from other food, because I am dessert enthusiast. I get the skill to platting food with good looking, technique in bake a cake, bread, cream, meringue, cookies, mousse, ice cream, and many more. I can not wait to face the next semester at Taylor's University and get more knowledge again. I got the Certificate from Taylor's because i got GPA scored 3.59 in the 1st semester.
